Tracy A. Middleton, Attorney at Law

Tracy A. Middleton is a magna cum laude graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law.  Prior to attending law school, she obtained a Master of Education degree in Counseling from the University of Houston.

While attending law school, Ms. Middleton earned jurisprudence awards for superior performance in:  Appellate Litigation, Constitutional Law, Lawyering Process, Criminal Procedure, Professional Responsibility and Federal Jurisdiction.  She also earned the Collegiate All-American Scholar Award, Chancellor's List Award and Dean's List Award.

Ms. Middleton is a former intern in the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office, Misdemeanor Division. Her previous experience also includes working alongside her brother and father, also attorneys, in the areas of Criminal Defense, Probate and Family Law.

Ms. Middleton currently practices in the areas of Criminal Defense, Probate, Family and Juvenile Law. Ms. Middleton's office is located at One Arena Place 7322 Southwest Freeway, Suite 1980, Houston, Texas 77074.
