Brian M. Middleton has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1997 and has been admitted to the Fifth Circuit Court ofAppeals and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.

Brian M. Middleton's experience includes past employment as an assistant attorney general for the Office of the Texas Attorney General, assistant district attorney for the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office, briefing attorney for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, and an associate attorney for Barrett Burke Wilson Castle Daffin & Frappier, LLP.

Brian M. Middleton works with his sister Tracy A. Middleton. They are both second-generation attorneys. Their father, Bernard L. Middleton, is also an attorney and he practices labor and employment law at another law firm.
